Benefits: Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,500AWS & Variable Bonus Good career progressions Convenient Location: East Region Job Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries regarding import/export shipments Arrange and coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, airlines, and vendors Work closely with internal and external parties on import/export coordination Monitor shipment status, proactively follow up on urgent shipments, and update customers on delays/issues Liaise with Warehouse, Operations, Billing, and Sales teams for smooth workflow Manage shipment schedules and keep customers informed of delivery status Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customs clearance) to ensure timely deliveries Handle documentation, filing, and data entry in the system Manage billing processes and resolve customer billing disputes Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior Job Requirements: Prior customer service experience in logistics/ airfreight industry preferred Strong communication skills for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications To Apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" button We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
