Key Responsibilities:
Counter Registration
Perform patient registration and verify relevant documents.
Conduct the triage process, e.g. including screening and measuring and recording patient’s height/weight/ blood pressure and etc.
Provide clear instructions to patients regarding consultation/ intervention processes.
Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments.
Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner.
Comply to clinic facilities readiness.
Consultation Room
Provide administrative support to clinicians during consultations as required.
Assist in scoring the assessment forms and tabulating assessment results accurately.
Ensure documents/assessments are properly organised and scanned into the system.
Ensure assessment tools and kits are cleaned and disinfected.
Appointment Matters
Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients.
Coordinate and follow-up on referrals.
Key Requirements:
Minimum “N” Level.
Healthcare or service-related industry preferred.
Proficient in IT computer skills.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
