Deliver personalised service to Qantas premium passengers ensuring every journey is seamless and memorable
Embody our iconic brand through professionalism, precision, and heartfelt hospitality
2-year fixed term contract, on a rotational shift roster, based at Singapore International Terminal
Role Details
As a Premium Host, provide exceptional customer service personalised to Qantas First Class passengers, Chairman\'s Lounge members, Platinum & Gold Frequent Flyer Members, and Major Corporate Accounts
Ensure an effortless and superior travel experience through the airport, making every Qantas First and Premium passenger journey seamless and memorable
Engage with high‐profile travellers, handle needs with professionalism, and uphold Qantas\' commitment to service excellence
Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude, maintain professionalism, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
What you'll Have
Unrestricted rights to live and work in Singapore
A minimum of 1 to 2 years' customer service experience in the aviation or tourism industry
Familiarity with arrival and departure procedures and formalities within the aviation sector
Strong knowledge of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program and associated loyalty programs
An understanding of aviation legislation and airport compliance requirements
Willingness to undergo training in all aspects of safety, security, and operational procedures
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
Ability to assist customers with their baggage (within established OH&S guidelines)
A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to collaborate across a variety of teams
Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
