
Procurement and Inventory Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, sourcing new suppliers, and maintaining accurate records of orders and deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, with experience in procurement and admin support. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels, including tracking orders and deliveries
- Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating prices
- Maintaining accurate records of orders and deliveries
- Providing administrative support, including overseeing office equipment and reception area
- Assisting with vendor evaluation assessments and preparing shipping documents

Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics/Supply Chain management
- At least 2 years of experience in Procurement and Admin support
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Exposure to Logistics software (i.e., SAP) will be advantageous
- Effective communications skills and experience in deviations write up will be advantageous
