What is the Role: Elastic is looking for a passionate and energetic Manager for our growing Sales Development Team in ASEAN. As a SDR‐Manager you will lead the hiring, enablement and coaching of our ever‐growing Sales Development Representatives Team. The Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a critical role in the company's success by developing the top of the sales funnel. The Elastic SDR Team is made up of an incredible group of smart, creative, passionate professionals who work hard to help users successfully navigate their Elastic journey and to generate new business opportunities for the Sales Team. Importantly, the SDRs are honing their skills to become the future leaders of the company. This is where you come in. What You Will Be Doing: Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs, providing guidance and ongoing feedback to ensure they meet and exceed their individual and team targets. Develop and implement effective training programs to onboard new hires and continuously upskill existing team members on Elastic's technology, value proposition, and sales best practices. Conduct regular one–on–one coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive, results‐driven, and collaborative team culture. Strategy & Operations: Define and execute the SDR strategy for an APJ region, aligning with global and regional sales and marketing goals. Work closely with the Sales Strategy and Operations team to refine processes, analyze performance metrics, and drive team productivity.
