We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Business Analyst with expertise in the Data and Finance domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for data‐centric and financial systems. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Business domain knowledge in banking or the financial industry. Experience in data analytics and handling large sets of financial data. Exceptional quantitative, analytical, problem‐solving, and process design skills, with the ability to translate analysis into practical solutions that align with business objectives. Knowledge of technology and operational processes across various functions and departments in banking or financial markets. Familiarity with change management processes and basic project management principles. A resourceful team player with strong leadership capabilities to drive discussions and resolve challenges effectively. A strategic, forward‐thinking approach to problem‐solving, complemented by outstanding communication, influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Passionate, diligent, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. Experience in scoping and evaluation, defining considerations such as scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and potential risks, to provide well‐informed recommendations. Desired Skills Work experience in Corporate banking/Financial market domain. Responsibilities Analyze and document the "to be" business and operations processes based on the agreed requirements and/or function points, perform impact assessment. Liaise with Business Unit Specialists to elicit and review business requirements. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure non‐functional requirements effectively incorporate security requirements. Analyze and define detailed functional and non‐functional requirements based on business requirements. Monitor and manage risks/issues related to requirements and scope. Major deliverables are Data mapping specifications and Data Lineage, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document. Involved in transition functional and non‐functional requirements to System Analysts, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Write business functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan. Work with Test Manager to translate business requirements into test scenarios. Perform impact assessment and estimation for project and change requests. Manage Scope creep and Change Request. Apply by emailing your updated resume to at the earliest.
