**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive research and feasibility studies to identify the best technology solutions for clients' integration needs.
- Develop and present detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and document system integration processes, workflows, and data mappings.
- Perform rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure the integrity and functionality of integrated systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal utilization of integrated solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system integration.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a system integration or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and process modeling.
- Familiarity with system integration methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software, databases, APIs, and data transformation techniques.
- Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring quality assurance.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
