Job Description Summary Responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives with distribution partners and resellers, systems integrators and service providers to drive growth in networking product portfolios through joint sales efforts. Requires a results‐driven professional with strong channel leadership, business reviews, sales operations optimization, and program launch expertise. Job Criteria & Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow networking products and solutions through distribution partners. Analyze key growth markets for enterprise, mid‐market, SMB and public sector opportunities. Drive quarterly business reviews with distributors and joint business reviews with resellers, eCommerce partners, and service providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution stakeholders, product managers, sales teams, marketing and operational personnel. Act as the primary liaison for distributor performance, networking portfolios, pricing, compliance, operational issues and escalation. Support new distributor onboarding and training aligned with company programs and policies. Recruit new partners across verticals, geographic areas and channel segments, enabling growth. Organize joint business planning, pipeline management, incentive programs and share‐of‐wallet growth. Consolidate country channel forecast, ensuring accurate regional reporting. Track KPIs such as sell‐in, sell‐through, inventory health and sales linearity using Excel. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for local and regional cadence calls and QBRs. Launch new networking products including NPI promotions, pricing, training, enablement and go‐to‐market execution. Collaborate with internal product and program teams and distributors on sales incentive, rebate and promotion programs. Monitor product movement, shipment, sell‐in, sell‐through and optimize channel inventory. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, sales, country leaders) for effective communication and expectation management. Plan and execute demand generation campaigns, events, digital marketing and lead‐generation activities with distributor marketing teams. Ensure brand positioning and messaging consistency across distributor‐led marketing initiatives. Track marketing ROI, co‐funding usage and activity effectiveness through reports. Build strong customer relationships and manage escalations. Offer products and solutions that meet customer expectations. Explore upsell and cross‐sell opportunities across edge, cloud, security and systems portfolios. Education and Experience Required University or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information technology or related field. 5‐10+ years of experience in IT distribution, channel sales or vendor‐partner management. Background in networking products or IT infrastructure preferred. Knowledge and Skills Results‐oriented with proactive, confident resilience in a dynamic channel environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to motivate partner sales force. Deep understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors and the channel landscape. Strong analytical thinking, Microsoft Excel skills for forecasting and reporting. Time management to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Operational excellence knowledge of order, shipment, pipeline and inventory processes.
