Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract, Support Administrator to join our Singapore team for up to 6-month period. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain valuable experience in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth operation of our Gradus Limited Singapore office.
Interns and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
Perform general administrative duties, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.
Data Entry:
Accurately input and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Sales Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, which may include assisting with order processing, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with clients.
Sample Store Management:
Manage and maintain the sample store, ensuring samples are properly organized and readily available for the sales team and clients.
Ad-Hoc Projects:
Contribute to and assist with various ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role is a plus, but not required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to take on new challenges as they arise.
