Data Administrator, 6 Months Contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Support Executive to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role will provide critical support to the sales team through data management, CRM administration, and operational assistance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large sets of data, possesses strong organizational skills, and enjoys ensuring accuracy and efficiency in sales processes.
Responsibilities
Support
data clean-up operations , including validation, audits, and reporting.
Manage
contract documentation via DocuSign
and ensure timely updates.
Provide
administrative and operational support
to the sales team, including managing correspondence and maintaining Salesforce (SFDC) records.
Assist in
user testing and requirements gathering
to improve workflows.
Conduct
basic data analysis and reporting
to support business decisions.
Perform
research and data consolidation
(e.g., merging duplicate company records, verifying missing details through online research).
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce (SFDC)
or other CRM systems (training will be provided if required).
Strong
attention to detail
with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable handling large datasets, validating information, and identifying insights.
Minimum 1 year of experience
in data analysis, sales operations, or administrative support.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Work arrangement:
4 days Work From Office (WFO) per week.
