Skills & Qualities Good knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts. Attention to detail and precision. Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Leadership and team development skills. Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Typical Requirements Professional training in pastry arts, baking, or culinary school. Previous experience as a pastry chef, highly preferred. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
