Description Destination Asia (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Country Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our Finance & Accounting team. You maybe the STAR that we are looking for This is a strategic leadership role that goes beyond numbers — we’re looking for someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving cross‑departmental collaboration, and aligning financial operations with business growth. Strategic Leadership Lead and manage all accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting Oversee receivables and payables, ensuring revenue security and risk mitigation. Advise senior management with insights that drive company and group growth. Implement robust financial risk assessment and compliance frameworks. Operational Excellence Design and execute efficient workflows aligned with group policies. Collaborate across departments to streamline financial data flow. Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards. Drive continuous improvement in systems like Travel Studio and SAGE. Team & Culture Building Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, supportive, collaboration, and continuous learning. Champion cross‑departmental training and knowledge sharing. What we're looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, with 3+ years in a managerial role. Experience in the travel/tourism industry or with a DMC/tour operator is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems (SAGE preferred). Proactive and process‑oriented leader who collaborates effectively across departments to ensure alignment with financial procedures and drive operational excellence.
