About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dedicated Care Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising care staff and provide guidance on best practices. \
  • Deliver exceptional care to clients, including medical emergency response, medication management, and administration. \
  • Maintain accurate records of client medical history and follow-up schedules. \
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. \
  • Provide training and education to staff on relevant topics. \
  • Support the induction of new staff members and ensure a smooth transition into the role. \
  • Report incidents promptly and maintain open communication with the Nurse Manager. \
  • Perform daily living activities for residents, such as personal hygiene, toilet training, feeding, and ambulation. \
  • Escort residents to medical appointments, reporting back to the doctor and Nurse Manager on their condition. \
  • Take and record vital signs, weight, and monthly glucose levels. \
  • Collaborate with therapists to achieve set goals and objectives. \
  • Engage with residents, observing and documenting their condition. \
  • Document and report resident observations and changes. \
