Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Environment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident areas and common spaces.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with residents and their families through regular interactions and updates.
  • Behavioural Management: Identify and manage behavioural concerns among seniors, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Program Development: Plan, curate, and facilitate recreational and therapeutic programs for seniors, including those with dementia and mental health conditions.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Minimum GCE 'N' Level or relevant certificate; preferably holds a Certificate in Healthcare Support or related qualification.
  • Skills: Basic life support skills, first aid, infection control practices, and mobility training.
