Dedicated Student Care Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage administrative tasks, coordinate student care services, and provide exceptional support to parents, teachers, and staff members.
The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for parents regarding student attendance, transport arrangements, general concerns, and well-being.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, meeting minutes, documentation, forms, and reports.
- Ensure timely ordering of items required for centre operations and cleanliness.
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for staff and parents.
- Perform filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and proper equipment of student care facilities.
- Coordinate and implement activities in the centre.
- Perform other duties assigned by the centre manager or director.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of student care services.
Requirements:
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Administration experience with data entry and office administration.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
