Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and placing top candidates within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Creative Sourcing Strategies: Utilize job boards, social media, and databases to find exceptional candidates.
  • Implement Targeted Recruitment Methods: Attract high-quality applicants through job advertising.
  • Review and Evaluate Resumes: Identify candidates who best match the roles.
  • Conduct Pre-Screening Interviews: Assess candidate fit, skills, and potential.
  • Manage the Interview Process: Shortlist top candidates for further stages.
  • Facilitate Smooth Communication: Negotiate agreements and offers between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organize Recruitment Events: Plan and execute job fairs and recruitment events to boost the company's brand and attract talent.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and Above: A minimum of a diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates for various roles.
  • Proactive and Self-Driven: Work independently and as part of a team.
