Lead and guide the leasing team to execute effective leasing strategies. Maximise rental yields and maintain high occupancy levels across properties. Identify and secure new tenants through market research and networking. Manage lease renewals, tenancy mix, and negotiations with tenants and agents. Conduct market benchmarking and prepare rental budgets and forecasts. Oversee and approve all leasing documentation. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field. Minimum 10 years experience in retail leasing. Proven track record in marketing and leasing retail properties. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
