Overview
We are working with a leading international law firm with a strong presence across Asia Pacific that is looking to appoint a
(Senior) Business Development Manager
to join their Singapore office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a strategic role where you’ll work closely with lawyers and the management committee to
drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the firm’s go-to-market approach
in Singapore and across the Asia region.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with partners and senior leadership to shape and deliver the firm’s Singapore business development strategy across all practice groups in Singapore.
Oversee the rollout of client development and marketing initiatives, with a focus on key clients and priority sectors.
Lead on regional and global client programs, while managing certain strategic client relationships locally.
Act as a connector across practice groups and geographies to identify opportunities for cross-selling.
Lead high-value pursuits and pitches, guiding teams on competitive positioning.
Collaborate on thought leadership and profile-raising campaigns aligned with strategic priorities.
Use market and client intelligence to inform decision-making and support business planning.
Lead and mentor a small BD/Marketing team in Singapore while collaborating with colleagues regionally and globally.
About You
Proven track record in
business development or client development
within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong project management skills; highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Strategic mindset with sharp execution skills and commercial acumen.
Flexible, collaborative, and proactive – able to thrive in a fast-paced, global firm.
