Product Manager Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of new credit card products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and analytics.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product offerings;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, including marketing campaigns and reward programs;
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners and vendors;
  • Work closely with customer service to ensure timely issue resolution;
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and engagement;
Requirements:
A recognized university degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in banking, preferably in cards and personal loan business;
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
Experience with project management tools and processes;
Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
