Regional Cards Strategist

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Cards Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing card strategy across various business lines, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform card strategy decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of card programs and initiatives
• Analyze data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on card strategy and product development

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in card strategy, product management, or related field
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing card strategy and product launches
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
