Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to oversee the development and launch of card products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception to execution.

Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end process of card products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and drive revenue growth.

  • Country Launch Management: Identify the most effective way to introduce card products in new countries, including stakeholder management and local regulatory understanding.
  • Product Delivery: Be accountable for designing achievable timelines and delivering card products to market.
  • Business Partnerships: Manage and improve relationships with business partners/vendors to secure optimal solutions and commercial agreements.
  • Product Enhancements: Gain a detailed understanding of card products and execute enhancements to improve market penetration, usage, and profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead project teams across regions and functions.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on current trends, competitors, and developments in the crypto and financial markets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the Financial Services industry with a focus on card products.
  • Strong understanding of card products and their operations.
