Job Description At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Deal Desk team serves as strategic advisors to LinkedIn’s Field Sales team, managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process and facilitating the complex deal structures and requests that our clients demand. We drive scale within the Sales organization, allowing Sales to focus on selling while we create efficiencies, increase profitability, and enforce stronger controls. Deal Desk Strategists possess a deep understanding of our policies, processes, and systems. They advise, coach, and train Sales Reps daily to efficiently navigate LinkedIn’s sales processes and policies. By partnering with LinkedIn Sales teams and other cross‑functional partners, you will help drive LinkedIn’s growth and success. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the end‑to‑end LinkedIn ecosystem, be a strong leader, and excel at building relationships. Within the Deal Desk team, we are looking for a strategist that possesses knowledge in Partners/ Alliance Go‑To‑Market and here are the requirements. Responsibilities Maintain case queues and ensure closure metrics: 95% Initial Response Time and 85% Time to Resolution. Achieve deal desk growth targets for APAC aligned with SSEP, FY26 initiatives and OKRs. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of deals, sales, and accounts. Coordinate discussions among sales representatives to reach agreements on contract terms and resolve contracting scenarios. Review deals for accuracy and compliance with LinkedIn policies, recommending revisions when necessary. Identify initiatives to deliver revenue upsides and remove blockers within sales. Escalate issues to Sales and cross‑functional partners and recommend solutions. Perform root‑cause analyses and gather data for moderate complexity issues. Follow up on issues to ensure deals close and bring requests to total resolution. Analyze and leverage data to consult on quoting, pricing strategies, deal flow, commercial models, and order processing for the sales organization. Gather information to aid decision making for stakeholder priorities, deadlines, and timelines. Create and deliver materials (e.g., one‑pagers, sales training, analysis) for Sales. Communicate updates, timelines, and plans to stakeholders timely. Manage relationships with cross‑functional partners. Implement improvements for team and process performance. Leverage data to influence deal growth, optimize deal structures, and align with business strategies. Utilize tools and create playbooks to advise sales representatives and identify upsell, cross‑sell, and packaging opportunities. Track individual and market‑level performance. Perform any other duties as assigned by manager. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in deal desk, contracts, pricing, management consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field. Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese‑speaking clients. Experience in Partner Management or Operations. Working knowledge of Excel and SQL. Tech‑savvy with CRM experience in D365 or SFDC. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in deal desk, contracts, pricing, management consulting, sales operations, revenue operations. Comfortable with change and thrives in a fast‑moving environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Strong business acumen, organizational, time‑management skills, and attention to detail. Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
