Project Manager-Business Analyst, Core Banking Systems CDI The Project Manager-Business Analyst will take the lead and manage Core Banking projects, which include corporate actions processing, payments and settlement, and reconciliation systems as well as regulatory reporting of an International Investment Bank in Asia and Europe. Job Description: Analyze and structure projects and new requirements with stakeholders involved to propose the best way to deliver appropriate solutions. Lead the elaboration of a functional solution with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams. Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solution and the implementation roadmap. Drive the definition of use cases for User Acceptance Test with end users. Manage all the decision-making and analysis processes, including stages in designing, validating the solution, and getting necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security, budget and capacity planning. Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective. Act as a point of contact for business users during the analysis and project phases. Responsible for all standard end-to-end project management activities. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree. 5+ years of overall experience performing business analysis in professional software engineering. Any experience in IT transformation projects involving portfolio management system and/or Core banking applications. Good knowledge of Portfolio Management, Advisory, Risk modelling and Optimization functions is an added advantage. Good knowledge of Order Life Cycle and related functions. JIRA and Confluence knowledge is required. Detail-oriented with good documentation skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment (Asia + Europe). Knowledge about REST API design standards, patterns and best practices. REST API development experience is a plus. Experienced in Waterfall and Scrum methodology. Ability to work in fast-paced environments. High level of professionalism, patience, and maturity. Team player. Temenos Triple’A knowledge is a plus. Banking knowledge related to Wealth Management / Private banking is a plus. Design Thinking knowledge is a plus. Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
