Inside Sales Lead

As an Inside Sales Lead for the Asia Pacific region at Temenos, you will play a crucial role in maximising pipeline generation by creating and progressing leads through the sales funnel.
This requires close collaboration with various teams, primarily sales and field marketing, as well as presales and other disciplines that support developing leads into qualified opportunities and meeting targets.
You will be responsible for driving activity in your own territory while overseeing the work of 2-3 individual contributors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and developing leads into opportunities for prospects/new clients and existing clients
- Aligning with regional sales and field marketing teams to execute outbound demand generation activity and maintain campaign calendars
- Supporting demand generation activities run by the marketing team, including events, webinars, and other tactics
- Following up on high-quality leads from field marketing campaigns and ensuring conversion to qualified opportunity status
- Maintaining strong working relationships with regional sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams
- Capturing and tracking all activity in sales management tools and ensuring prospect/opportunity information is up-to-date
- Consistently following designated demand generation and pipeline management processes for robust lead and operational measurement/reporting
- Developing a deep understanding of the Banking industry and Temenos solution portfolio
A successful candidate should possess:
- High energy and determination to achieve/exceed quantitative and qualitative targets with self-motivation
- Experience in sales, business development, sales development, or customer service roles
- Proven influencing skills using written/verbal communication and telephone
- Strong presentation, organization, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Pleasure in interacting with people, problem-solving, and finding creative solutions
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism, and analytics tools like Clari
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, with proficiency in any other regional languages a plus
Tememos offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
