Reporting to the CSM Director APJ , we're looking for a Customer Success Manager, SMB (APAC)with a background in digital marketing to increase client engagement, adoption and growth, by providing expert-level strategic input for high volume small-medium sized APAC accounts including Greater China, India and SEA markets. You will scale adoption and retention through tech-touch programs, automation, and one-to-many engagement motions. Your mission is to help customers realize fast, consistent value while driving high net retention and product usage at scale. Why is this role so important at Similarweb?The CSM\'s ability to create relationships with the clients, and help clients extract real business value, is essentially what keeps clients engaged with Similarweb for years. The CSM is in the front line, bringing our SaaS platform to life for the client The CSM is the one who helps position themselves and Similarweb in the face of the client, as an extension to their own company.
