About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic SMB Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand through designing, executing to generate high quality leads tailored to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). If you are passionate about demand generation, partnership development, and working with SMBs, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Position Requirement

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation
Develop and Execute SMB-Specific Demand Generation Strategies. Design and implement targeted campaigns to attract, engage, and convert SMB prospects across digital channels (email, social media, webinars, content marketing, paid ads, content syndication).
Grow branded search demand. Develop and execute integrated campaigns (content, paid media, retargeting) that increase unaided brand awareness and drive measurable lift in branded search volume and impressions.
Design & optimize lead nurture programs. Build automated, behavior-triggered email and multi-channel nurture streams (e.g., post-download, trial abandonment, product interest) that educate SMBs and accelerate conversion to Tier 1 leads and FPUs.
Own lead management: Define lead scoring models, segmentation rules, and routing logic in CRM (e.g., Salesforce); ensure seamless handoff to sales and closed-loop reporting.
Leverage Data-Driven Targeting. Use market segmentation, customer insights, and behavioral data to identify high-potential SMB segments and personalize outreach for maximum impact.
Orchestrate Multi-Channel Campaigns. Run integrated campaigns across email, paid search (Google Ads), social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, and partner channels to generate qualified leads.
Drive Event-Led and Content-Led Growth. Organize and promote webinars, virtual demos, and SMB-focused events; create high-value content (e.g., guides, case studies, templates) that addresses SMB pain points.
Track and Analyze Campaign Performance. Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and pipeline influence; use insights to refine tactics and improve campaign efficiency.
Optimize performance: Continuously A/B test messaging, CTAs, and channel mix to improve lead quality, reduce CAC, and increase FPU conversion.
Content Syndication Management:
Oversee the use of content syndication platforms to distribute content and generate high-quality leads.
Maintain SLA-compliant lead handoff by ensuring all syndicated leads are accurately routed and loaded into the designated sales queue without delay.
Guarantee that all leads captured via syndication are properly tracked, tagged, and integrated into marketing automation or CRM systems for sales follow-up, nurturing and attribution.
Monitor syndication vendors to validate that every lead meets quality benchmark criteria, data completeness standards and global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Provide regular performance report and insights to evaluate ROI and guide future investment decisions.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
8+ years of experience in SMB demand generation
Proven track record of successfully driving measurable results.
Experience in AI, cloud computing or B2B technology
Familiarity with global markets and customer needs
Skills:
Data driven and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Proven experience executing B2B lead-gen content syndication initiatives (e.g. Bright TALK)
