Safety is always our first consideration, boldness and innovation characterise our approach and doing what matters defines our intent.**Responsibilities:*** **Financials*** Forecast and manage operating expenses (OPEX) and operational capital expenditure (CAPEX) **Operational Excellence*** Responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of the property* Risk management, including inspections, preventive maintenance, occupational health & safety (OH&S), and emergency/evacuation training and procedures* Overseeing the operational and marketing functions to ensure maximum value is obtained. Ensuring centre compliance with all authority and statutory requirements* Prepare the annual business plan, quarter asset reviews and monthly reports and other standard reports on progress against KPI’s* Embraces innovation and new thinking in managing the asset* Review and approve all retail shop designs **Strategic & Business Alignment*** Drive the alignment of retail and workspace initiatives with the company’s overarching business goals. Translate the company's vision into actionable retail and workspace strategies that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure all initiatives comply with corporate governance, ESG commitments, and risk management frameworks. You will lead the centre management team and oversee operations, A&P and leasing.
