Production Manager

A critical member of our operational team, the Production Manager plays a vital role in ensuring seamless production processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for adhering to established production standards, product quality, and production schedules while maintaining strict adherence to EHS requirements.

Key duties include operating equipment efficiently, handling chemicals safely, and producing products that meet quantity and quality requirements within scheduled timelines.

  • Perform daily operations in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Production Engineers and Leaders to achieve operational excellence.
  • Operate external drum washing machines.
  • Clean drums, carboys, and bottles internally and externally.
  • Refill from drums to bottles/carboys.
  • Pack, label, and palletize products.
  • Bottle condition products.
  • Assist in preparing dip tubes, caps, and drum adaptors.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
  • Conduct drum filling activities.
  • Support chemical mixing activities.
  • Collect chemical samples.
  • Participate in Emergency Response Teams.

EHS Responsibilities:

  • Work compliantly according to Company Environmental Health and Safety Policies.
  • Use prescribed safe work practices and approved procedures.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment correctly where specified.
  • Report sub-standard conditions and behaviors, including near misses and incidents, to immediate superiors.
  • Adhere to site and management-implemented practices for legal and operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum certificate in science or engineering-related fields.
  • At least one year of experience in the chemical industry.
  • Basic knowledge of chemicals and safety protocols.
