Roles & Responsibilities About Us: We are a traditional high-end omakase restaurant, offering an intimate and exclusive dining experience, serving only 8 guests a night. Our renowned chef creates bespoke menus each evening, showcasing the finest ingredients and culinary artistry. We seek a dedicated and versatile restaurant crew to support our chef and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide a warm, gracious, and personalised welcome and ongoing engagement for all guests. Develop rapport with guests to create memorable and unique experiences. Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency. Guide guests through curated beverage selections with in-depth knowledge. Maintain the impeccable presentation and ambiance of guest areas. Provide attentive support throughout the guest's dining experience. Assist Chef with meal preparation and presentation as needed Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, dining area, and general spaces Wash dishes and kitchen utensils, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards Perform related operational duties, including opening/closing and supply management. Qualifications and Attributes: Previous experience in upscale hospitality, fine dining, or F&B preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure. Genuine passion for service excellence and creating outstanding guest experiences. High level of professionalism, polish, and personal presentation. Proactive, resourceful, and demonstrates initiative. Utmost discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
