We are Sushi Arai, a Japanese Omakase restaurant offering an intimate and authentic dining experience. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for every guest.

We are looking for friendly and attentive **Service Crew**members to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant and professional first impression.
- Present menus and explain Omakase dining concepts to guests.
- Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant’s service standards.
- Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting between services.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback politely and promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about hospitality and Japanese dining culture.
- Friendly, polite, and service-oriented.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English or Japanese-speaking ability is an advantage.
