Enterprise COBOL Developer

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in AS400 COBOL development, with additional expertise in Open Systems being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage stakeholders and coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement efficient solutions for Banking Domain projects, specifically Trade Finance and Loan knowledge.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.

Additional Requirements (for Team Lead role):

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in managing projects and development SDLC.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and lead a team of at least 2-3 members.

Required Skills: COBOL, As400, consumer loans, Core Banking, Team Spirit, SDLC, Information Technology, Trade Finance, Team Lead, Banking, Unsecured Personal Loans, Software Development.
