COBOL Application Maintenance Specialist

A skilled programmer is sought to develop, refine, and maintain COBOL/CLP applications on the AS400 platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with banking systems, particularly Trade Finance and Loans modules.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop high-quality code that meets business requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and IT teams to deliver solutions that drive business success.
- Troubleshoot incidents, debug, apply fixes, and document changes in production environments.
- Participate in software development life cycle phases, including requirement gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain existing modules to improve maintainability and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">- At least 5 years of experience in AS400 COBOL development.
- Proficiency in SEU, SDA, PDM, CLP/CLLE, DB2/400, MQ, JCL, and job schedulers.
- Familiarity with Trade Finance and Loans modules in banking.
