Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Generalist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and select top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating logistics, providing orientation, and facilitating paperwork.
  • Exit Processes: Manage employee separations, including termination procedures, COBRA notifications, and final pay calculations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR and admin experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
