This strategic role is responsible for defining the brand vision, ensuring consistent execution across markets, and overseeing the creative quality of DayOne's global presence — from corporate identity and digital experiences to flagship events and thought leadership exposure. You will own the strategy, direction, and quality, guiding teams and external agencies to deliver a premium, globally consistent brand. Role Summary Define and evolve DayOne's brand strategy and identity Lead creative direction across all visual and experiential assets Shape the brand expression for global events and key milestones Drive brand visibility through strategic sponsorships and industry presence Govern brand consistency across regions, platforms, and content Partner with cross‐functional teams to ensure brand alignment Manage creative agencies, production partners, and internal resources Brand Strategy & Identity Develop and refine DayOne's brand strategy, positioning, and architecture. Lead the evolution of the visual identity system, tone of voice, and brand guidelines. Define how the brand expresses itself across markets, customer segments, and product categories. Ensure brand clarity, differentiation, and relevance in the global digital infrastructure, cloud and AI ecosystem. Creative & Design Leadership Set the creative direction for all key brand assets, including corporate visual systems, digital interfaces, and experiential branding. Lead the creative review and approval of major deliverables (visuals, design systems, imagery, digital concepts). Collaborate with external agencies, production houses, and internal teams to uphold high standards. Brand Experience for Events & Milestones Define the brand look, feel, and thematic experience for flagship events, launches, and strategic announcements. Create event‐level brand frameworks that align with corporate positioning and regional priorities. Ensure branded experiences are premium, consistent, and reflective of DayOne's values. Sponsorships, Visibility & Thought Leadership Exposure Develop a strategic calendar of sponsorships, partnerships, and industry engagements that enhance DayOne's brand equity. Evaluate speaking opportunities and thought‐leadership platforms that align with brand positioning. Work with Communications and Product Marketing to ensure narrative consistency across appearances. Digital & Website Brand Governance Provide creative direction for DayOne's website, digital brand systems, and new visual concepts. Guide the integration of multimedia assets (e.g., photography, video, animations, 3D) into digital experiences. Brand Governance & Quality Control Establish a global brand governance framework to ensure consistency across all markets. Maintain a brand library with templates, standards, and creative resources. Conduct brand audits and implement improvements based on insights. Cross‐Functional Collaboration Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs to ensure brand‐aligned messaging and visuals. Work closely with all markets to guide local adaptation without diluting global standards. Measurement & Brand Performance Define and track brand KPIs such as visibility, consistency, recognition, and engagement across key audiences. Ensure sponsorships and brand activation initiatives have measurable outcomes. Qualifications 8–12 years in brand strategy, brand management, or creative direction, preferably in technology / cloud / enterprise B2B, digital infrastructure / telecommunications, or industrial or professional services. Proven experience leading brand identity development at a regional or global level. Strong ability to set creative direction and review high‐quality visual work. Experience managing branding for major corporate events or product launches. Demonstrated success in managing agencies, production partners, and creative teams. Excellent ability to translate business strategy into brand expression. Strong cross‐functional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience in branding for multi‐country or multi‐site infrastructure businesses. Familiarity with digital brand systems, UI/UX design principles, or experiential design.
