**SENIOR BRAND MANAGER**

**(NEUTROGENA FACIAL MOISTURE & TREATMENT GROWTH TEAM)**

This position reports to Senior Marketing Manager (Neutrogena FMT Growth Team) and is based in Singapore.

**Position Summary**

We are looking for a talent to join the SH&B Growth Team based in Singapore as Senior Brand Manager Neutrogena Facial Moisture and Treatment. The Senior Brand Manager will leverage knowledge of their Region to deliver toolkits based on the global strategy for Neutrogena. The Senior Brand Manager will coordinate with other Regions and BMCs to deliver the 3YOP Innovation Pipeline to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care through the Neutrogena global brand team with strong outside in focus.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Brand & connections excellence**:

- Delivers global brand toolkits that meet and advance the category prototype for their priority Region/BMC and are ready for rapid deployment globally, with limited shaping and transcreation.
- Works in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.
- Delivers winning brand building plans through strong collaboration with the other Regions and BMCs to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise.
- Develops and ensures the implementation of, consistent and aligned comms, content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams.

**Leadership foundations**:

- Ensure strong collaboration & participation in Project Meetings as part of the aligned cadence.
- Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets’ teams to understand consumer insights and challenges, the go to market and the trends to deliver the best long-term plans for the brand.
- Always put consumer first to unleash the best insights to drive brand performance.

**Innovation and portfolio excellence**
- Delivers a consistent and distinctive innovation pipeline that meet and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.
- Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets’ teams to delivers the brand pipeline ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs met for the BMCs.
- Delivers winning innovation launches plans through strong collaboration with the Segment Leaders and BMCs based on consumer needs.
- Develops and ensures the implementation of consistent and aligned innovations together with launch playbooks: content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles.
- Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of Progressive experience executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations
- Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably in the beauty / skincare industry, with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience.
- Experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional teams.
- Evidence of leading & growing a large global brand.
- Strong track record of success working with local markets, preferable clout in NA &/or AP.

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Experience in working with global E2E cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions we anticipate will fuel growth + experience working with and managing global teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing E2E innovation processes and global pipeline development (including creation of breakthrough and/or disruptive innovation) resulting in sustained global brand growth.
- Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required. Experience working
