About the role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and specialty items, while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.
What you'll be doing
  • Mixing various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies (e.g., chocolate caramel sauce, fruits)
  • Decorating cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream, and edible toppings (e.g., flowers)
  • Preparing custom-made pastries based on customers' preferences (e.g., birthday cakes)
  • Tracking food supplies and placing orders as needed
  • Ensuring all baked goods meet quality standards and are presented attractively
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a Baker, with additional skills as a pastry commis
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
