Job Description Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales. Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators. Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover. Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates. Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts. Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements. Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualifications. Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred. A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry. Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears. Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn. Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members. Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
