Investment Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven professional to join our team as an Investment Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the underwriting and due diligence of new investments, preparing investment committee memorandums and presentations, and interacting with local asset managers to monitor performance.

This is an all-encompassing role that offers excellent opportunities for growth and development. The right candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Underwriting and Due Diligence: Participate in the underwriting and due diligence process for new investments, including reviewing financial models and conducting site visits.
  • Investment Committee Memorandums: Prepare detailed memorandums and presentations for the investment committee, highlighting key investment opportunities and risks.
  • Asset Management: Interact regularly with local asset managers to monitor the performance of investments and provide guidance on asset management strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and portfolio management activities.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and evaluating fund-level performance, preparing quarterly/annual management report packages, and collaborating with other departments to respond to investor queries.
