Exciting and growing real estate funds hiring for Investment Analyst role to work for a reputable investment management company, based in Singapore.

Being part of high calibre real estate team, the role will focus in Investment, Asset Management and Portfolio Management scope supporting the senior leaders.

Role responsibilities as follows:
**Investment**:

- Originate and undertake all financial modelling for project analysis, development and evaluation
- Carry out research (country/ city/ localised area; sector research, etc) and financial analysis on real estate markets, including identification of key market themes
- Assist in underwriting including due diligence and seeing through the entire process till completion of deals
- Prepare written reports and make presentations to the relevant management levels for approval

**Asset Management**:

- Assist in overseeing performance of assets by analysing asset performance versus market benchmarks, managing partner relationships which involves the regular review of tenancy mix, asset positioning and implementation of effective marketing plans and control of operating expenses to maximise net operating income from assets
- Assist in the preparation and review of comprehensive annual property business plans
- Help prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual portfolio reports. This covers financial performance, leasing/sales status etc

**Portfolio Management**
- Portfolio monitoring of existing investments and perform regular reporting functions including understanding of annual business plans for assets under management as well as monthly asset management reports to investors

We are looking for:
Real Estate Investment Analyst with 1-5 years experience within the real estate funds segment. You will have strong financial modelling, research, quantitative and analytical skills. As the fund has China coverage as one of the market focus, you will need to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English and Manadarin languages to facilitate key transactions processes.
