Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to drive our growth and expansion in the lighting solutions market.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that requires scheduled working hours from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To generate new business opportunities and secure projects by leveraging industry relationships and networks.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to ensure ongoing business success.
  • Collaborate with lighting consultants, architects, and interior designers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and prepare high-quality marketing/technical presentations and quotations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and site surveys to showcase products and services.
  • Manage multiple projects and teams effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Provide Defects Liability Period (DLP) support and troubleshooting to clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
  • At least three years of sales experience in construction, lighting, electrical, or interior design sectors.
  • Proven track record of business development or B2B sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM/project management tools an advantage.
