About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive our growth and expansion in the lighting solutions market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development or B2B sales experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Generate new business opportunities and secure projects by leveraging industry relationships and networks.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to ensure ongoing business success.
  • Collaborate with lighting consultants, architects, and interior designers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and prepare high-quality marketing/technical presentations and quotations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and site surveys to showcase products and services.
  • Manage multiple projects and teams effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Provide Defects Liability Period (DLP) support and troubleshooting to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Drive business growth through identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business success.
  • Solution Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
  • At least three years of sales experience in construction, lighting, electrical, or interior design sectors.
  • Proven track record of business development or B2B sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM/project management tools an advantage.
