This role is responsible for providing top quality customer service, acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range.About the Role: Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment Maintain good service delivery Perform administrative tasks assigned Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned About You: Minimum O / A levels and above.
