Data Insights Specialist

At GFin, we're building a team of experts who can leverage data to drive business growth and user satisfaction.

We're looking for a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will use data to uncover actionable insights about user needs and behaviors, serving as the Voice of the Customer across our suite of products.

You will apply analytical techniques to help launch, refine, and expand product offerings while promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.

The Role

In this role, you will partner with product, design, and engineering teams to derive insights, design experiments, and drive key product decisions. You will support strategic plans with data insights, performing deep-dives into user behavior, segmented views, and product efficacy.

  • Develop self-serve solutions for stakeholders that are scalable and automated to handle a product environment.
  • Analyze clickstream and transactional data to uncover insights on user behavior and drive product metrics.
  • Design, measure, and recommend A/B tests and multivariate experiments.

Other responsibilities include developing insights on user behavior and providing tailored analysis for specific products and strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and statistical software.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models or Generative Artificial Intelligence.
