As an IT Service Desk Engineer, your primary responsibility is to provide remote IT support to end users through phone calls, email, or live chat whenever end users encounter IT-related issues.
Responsibilities
Provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient, and professional quality service to resolve problems.
Be available to take calls.
Accurate assessment and resolution of problems.
Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
Incident tracking and first & second level resolution for all trouble calls, including those related to desktop, LAN, centralized infrastructure, WAN, and voice services related service requests.
