Job Title: Technical Help Desk Support
Location: Remote
Hours: Must be available during weekends and US hours
Languages Required: English should be Fluent (Mandarin would be a plus)
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Help Desk Support to manage and resolve hardware-related tickets for our clients, primarily focusing on data centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve hardware-related tickets involving data centre equipment, including but not limited to troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs.
Utilize strong Excel skills to maintain and manage detailed reports of issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
Work closely with clients to understand their technical problems and provide effective solutions within stipulated timelines.
Maintain high standards of client service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a technical help desk or support role, specifically within data centre hardware environments.
Experience with Third-Party Maintenance (TPM) companies such as Park Place Technologies, Curvature, TRT (IT Services and IT Consulting), CDS, Procurri, Performance Data, or Evernex.
Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, using advanced formulas, and generating reports).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex hardware issues effectively.
Strong communication skills, capable of providing clear and effective support to a diverse client base.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
