Studio Operations Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees the day-to-day operations of a studio, with responsibilities including scheduling, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep. The successful candidate will develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to optimize studio performance.

This is a sales-focused role that requires promoting and selling studio packages, programs, and services. The successful candidate will track all leads, implement a system to ensure effective conversion rates, and meet and exceed membership sales and performance targets.

This is a class and program management role that requires coordinating and scheduling classes according to program guidelines, collaborating with instructors and trainers to develop new strategies, and monitoring class attendance and member feedback to optimize class offerings.

The successful candidate will have more than 3 years of experience leading and managing teams, with a strong background in the fitness industry.
