Job Title: Studio Trainer
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic trainer to join our team at our brand-new studio in the neighborhood. As a Studio Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective training programs, educating and advising members on fitness, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and monitor safe and effective training programs.
  • Educate and advise members on fitness-related matters.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Meet sales and service targets with the team.
  • Ensure daily operational flow aligns with studio standards and culture.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager to achieve studio goals and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated with initiative.
  • Positive attitude and energy.
  • Sales-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • At least one recognized personal training qualification (e.g., ACE, NCSF, NSCA, etc.).
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certified.
  • Prior experience preferred.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 6am - 10pm
Saturday: 5:45am - 3pm(Flexible)
Job Type: Permanent Part-time / Internship
Expected hours: 12-20 hours per week
