Studio Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Studio Manager to drive our studio's success, propel sales growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Optimization (40%): Develop and implement strategies to boost sales performance, leverage team development initiatives, create innovative promotions, and design incentives to drive attendance.
  • Studio Experience Enhancement (20%): Maintain immaculate studio facilities, provide exceptional client care, and gather valuable insights to inform continuous improvement.
  • Team Development (20%): Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team that embodies our vision and values.
  • Studio Community Engagement (20%): Plan and execute engaging events, workshops, and pop-up classes, collaborate with like-minded partners, and foster meaningful connections with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Passion for fitness, community, and helping others achieve their best.
