Key Responsibilities
  • Class Leadership: Lead dynamic group fitness classes, ensuring proper technique and a motivating experience for members of all fitness levels.
  • Instructor Development: Recruit, train, and mentor new fitness instructors to build a talented team.

  • Education and Inspiration: Educate members on proper techniques and inspire them to achieve their fitness goals.

Requirements
  • Certified Group Fitness Instructor (NCSF, BES, ACE, ISSA, etc).
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the capacity as a Head Coach or leading group fitness classes, preferably in high-intensity or functional fitness.
  • Candidates with less qualification may be considered for the position of Fitness Instructor, subject to meeting specific requirements and potential for growth and development.
