Job Title: Data Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Data Administrator to assist in the digitalization transformation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for transferring data from legacy systems onto modern platforms.

The role involves uploading reports and documents, as well as assisting in organizing community activities and implementing projects. To achieve this, you will need to work independently, multitask, and possess excellent administrative skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn AI tools applicable to data security levels
  • Event Planning: Experience in event planning and execution
  • Interpersonal Skills: Agility in dealing with individuals at different levels
  • Administrative Skills: Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Initiative: Takes personal initiative and follows through on assigned tasks
  • Meticulousness: Meticulous in all aspects of work
